Freezing Cow
If you're searching for a unique dessert spot in Tulsa that delivers both creativity and quality, Freezing Cow is a must-visit. Located at 7025 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133, this locally owned gem stands out for its fresh, in-store creations that go far beyond your typical ice cream shop. I recently stopped by with a group of friends, and we were all genuinely impressed — not just by the flavor, but by the overall experience.
What makes Freezing Cow so special is their lactose-free rolled ice cream that’s handcrafted right in front of you. Watching the team roll each order with precision and flair is part of the fun, especially when you're customizing your dessert from the Freezing Cow menu, which is packed with exciting options. Whether you're craving a fruity blend or something rich and chocolatey, there's something here for every taste bud.
I personally tried the Freezing Cow rolled ice cream with a homemade bubble waffle — warm, golden, and perfectly crispy on the outside. The contrast between the waffle and the creamy rolled ice cream was spot on. My friend had their freezing milk rolling ice cream boba tea waffle combo, and the pairing of cold ice cream and chewy boba pearls was surprisingly refreshing. If you're someone who enjoys variety and texture in your dessert, this is a dream come true.
Beyond ice cream, Freezing Cow also serves ice cream cakes and milkshakes, all made in-house. The attention to detail and use of fresh ingredients really shine through. You can taste the difference in each bite — nothing artificial or mass-produced. For me, that makes the experience all the more worth it.
One of the highlights during our visit was capturing some fun moments in front of their colorful displays. I later found out they were featured in some Fiesta Palebolis photos on social media — a fun bonus for anyone who loves to share their foodie finds online.
Before visiting, I had read a few Tulsa Freezing Cow & bubble tea reviews, and now I understand the hype. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer suggestions from the Freezing Cow rolling ice cream menu if you're unsure what to pick. It’s clear they take pride in what they do — everything is made with care, from scratch, and it shows.
Freezing Cow Reviews
I stopped in here with friends as we were passing through town to introduce them to rolled ice cream. Every flavor we got was delicious! We will certainly stop back by next time we are in the area!
My 7 year old daughter's honest review: "The ice cream was good but there's too much. I had the chocolate sweetie was a tiny bit too sweet and you might want water. But dad liked his pink lady"
The ice cream is always delicious. I wish the price was a bit cheaper $8.00 for a cup is a bit expensive but they never let you down with their service! I definitely will come back just not as much as I would like.
My grandchildren took me out for ice cream and what an experience. The ice cream was delicious and we got a fun experience. It's a cute little ice cream cafe with fun decorations and servers who do more than serve. They also entertain they pour your ice cream onto a slab and refreeze it. Then they roll the thin slab of ice cream into pretty little sticks. About 8 sticks of ice cream fit into a dish. You can have garnishes such as cookies rolled into your ice cream and you can add garnishes on top. It's a fun treat.
Really delicious ice cream! It was very cool to be able to see them make the rolled-up ice cream through the glass/plastic divider. My only complaint would be the price since I thought $8.50 was a bit pricey for a cup of ice cream...
Pretty delicious! They have a pretty big variety of options. We tried the mint chocolate & the minion. Minion was the perfect amount of fruit & vanilla ice cream. Cute little place. You can watch the staff make your rolled ice cream, which is kind of cool, especially for kids. Recommend for a cool little ice cream place!
Friends and I swung by here after dinner and we loved it. The value is clean. The staff is nice and inviting. Ingredients are fresh. The rolled ice cream which is made right in front of you is delicious.
This place reminds me of a Cold Stone Creamery, well sort of.. The uniqueness to this place is that the liquid ice cream gets poured into a ice cold slab, then as the ice cream hardens, and they roll it piece by piece so that your end result looks like a piece of art. I ordered the Matcha Lady, which was a green tea flavored ice cream with strawberry + my extra added brownie and chocolate drizzle...like, Yum! A vanilla ice cream with gummy bears for my little one... There are a variety of great flavors to choose from. I spy a jar of peanut butter in back of the counter, so peanut butter anything equals joy. That's for my next visit! Though it must be something special because I don't see it on the menu that I photoed....hmmm Better than Cold Stones? Nah! But a nice little treat after a great soccer game!
Delicious sweet treat! Good place to take the kiddos. They like to watch their ice creams being made.
